• You can change the dispenser nozzle to adjust in 6 portion control amounts: 1/8th oz, 1/6th oz, 1/4 oz, 1/3rd oz, 1/2 oz. 6/8th oz (measured in fluid ounce)
• Then you can choose between 2 nozzles for application: Single hole and 3 hole.  White nozzles are for regular thickness sauces (like ketchup and mustard) and the black single hole is for thicker sauces (like ranch and mayo). All this is included.
