Shipping policy

This site shipping policy is Butcher BBQ's cost of shipping handles the packaging, labor, and the the items purchased on our site to the address we are given at the time of checkout. This includes the shipping channels and time frame you have chosen during check out. This does not cover loss of packages/product once the items are out of our control and been handed over to a third party shipping company ( like USPS, UPS, or FedEx ). Our policy only covers items during the time we have control of product or packages.

Insurance policies can be purchased at the time of checkout. This insurance will cover the shipping, lost or damaged items/packages during shipping, and even porch pirates after shipping is completed by our carrier. The cost of insurance will be a set percentage of each order total. This is an addiction option/cost you can choose if wanted. Not required for sale to be completed.

If you so choose not to purchase the insurance policy as described above and have a claim to Butcher BBQ of a shipping, lost or damaged items/packages during shipping, and even porch pirates after shipping is completed by our carrier. They are subject to be a complete loss to you the customer.

At this time, Butcher BBQ Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Butcher BBQ Inc ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Butcher BBQ Inc is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Butcher BBQ Inc charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
