The non-slip handle ensures a secure grip for optimal control, complete with a trigger guard for added safety. To begin, press the safety lock and then activate the power switch. Additionally, this electric fillet knife is not only cordless, but we also offer a replacement battery. It includes four ultra-sharp blades in various sizes: 7", 9", 9" Fine, and 12". Each blade is constructed of stainless steel with a titanium carbide layer. Plus, a durable storage case is included for safekeeping in between uses.
